Places Where I have Lived.
I moved around a fair bit over the years. Here are the main places where I have lived.
Each place has it's plusses and minuses, but overall Austin Texas has become my favorite.
SUDBURY, ONTARIO, CANADA
I was born here, and lived in this general area through High School.
CONISTON, ONTARIO, CANADA
This is the small mining town where I grew up as a kid.
LONDON, ONTARIO, CANADA
I went to College here. It was a very picturesque city with a traditional Ivy League type of campus.
OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA
Ottawa is Canada's national capital, and like Washington DC is a major cultural center. I worked for a mincomputer company here just after I graduated from College.
TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA
I was transfered to Toronto, Canada's largest city, to do some work on a major Candian bank project.
ANAHIEM, CALIFONIA, USA
While working on the bank project, I was transfered to Anahiem headquartes, where I developed online ATM software. I lived in an executive appartment suite only 3 blocks away from Disneyland for 18 months.
PACIFICA (SAN FRANCISCO) , CALIFORNIA, USA
I was again transfered, this time to San Fancisco area, and I lived on the ocean and communted to Silicon Valley. I loved the climate, beauty and culture of the Bay Area, but wanted a large home and found real estate too expensive there.
HOUSTON, TEXAS, USA
I got a job working for a computer company in Houston, bought a nice house, and commutted to NASA Johnson Space Center in Clear Lake.
CEDAR PARK (AUSTIN) TEXAS, USA
I was transferred to Austin, and have remained in this area now for almost 20 years. I currently live in the city of Cedar Park - a small community just north of Austin.
